1. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Private Circle Society. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where the age requirement has been misrepresented.

2. Membership

Membership is by application only. We reserve the right to decline any application or terminate any membership at our sole discretion. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

3. Community Standards

Members must treat all other members with respect and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or threatening behaviour of any kind will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

4. Contact Information Prohibition

Sharing personal contact information including phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, messaging app usernames (WhatsApp, Telegram, Zangi, Signal, etc.) is strictly prohibited. This exists to protect all members and maintain platform integrity. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

5. Payments & Refunds

Event deposits are holding deposits and may be refundable per the specific event's cancellation policy. Gold membership payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to display it within the platform. You must not post content that is illegal, defamatory, or intended to harm others. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

7. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Private Circle Society is a platform for connecting adults. We are not responsible for the actions or behaviour of members outside or within the platform. Use this platform at your own risk.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
